- the apartment can be rented all year long
- our rates include from 1st May - 24th September: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking
- heating is not inclusive: EUR 5/day
- city tax is not included, this is 1,5 Euro/day/adult
- the apartment must be rented from Sunday to Sunday from 27.6.-22.8.
- by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer.
- we charge EUR 150 security deposit for damages and loss of keys
- arrival from 2 p.m., departure till 10 a.m.
- no towels provided
- when arriving our guests must sign a registration form and the rules of the house
- we cannot accept credit cards
